Medium: Digital Ad Truck
Objective: To promote the opening of their new Anchors Condominium Townhouse Development.
Tactic: For one weekend, Dunsire Developments utilized Wild On Media’s High Resolution, Raising Screen LED Video Truck to promote the opening of their new Anchors Condominium Townhouse Development. It was determined that the weekend was the period when the most potential buyers would be outdoors exploring the community, and the truck offered the best way to locate them and reach out with the Dunsire message. It was also determined that the truck would add to the experience of visiting the Presentation Centre itself.
Experience with advertising in many of the target areas was relied on heavily to help establish the truck’s schedule of stops. Included were large and small malls within a fairly wide area, big box stores, busy intersections, shoppers moving among the stores of Lakeshore Avenue, and The Queensway.
There were frequent instances of slow-moving traffic, during which the truck was able to reach many drivers and passengers simultaneously in many directions. There were also vacant lots and parking areas where the screen could be raised (nearly 17 feet) to reach much greater distances.
The ability to quickly deviate from a pre-determined route and schedule of stops proved extremely beneficial as pedestrian, shoppers and vehicular traffic changed throughout the campaign.
